Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing airport, from a single runway to a sprawling hub. It's a management sim that balances logistics — gate assignments, staff schedules, passenger flow — against the constant pressure of delays and weather. It's more demanding than it first appears.

What hooked us was the flow optimization. Watching a redesigned terminal cut your delay rate from awful to smooth is genuinely satisfying, and the numbers give you clear feedback on every change. The sim rewards tinkerers who like to perfect a layout.

It can get fiddly when you're juggling a dozen gates, and the UI could use bigger buttons on smaller phones. But if spreadsheets-disguised-as-games are your thing, Skyport Tycoon scratches that itch well.
